After capturing the airport and renaming it Baghdad International Airport (take that, Saddam!), US ground troops are making their way into the center Baghdad amid fears that Saddam's thugs may force innocent civilians to stand as human shields in the face of incoming troops. Could this be Saddam's Last Stand? I shudder to think that he might unleash his chemical weapons on Baghdad. The coalition is well-prepared but the civilian population will perish just like the Kurds did in Halabja... not that he cares.
