George W. Bush's father's company, the Carlyle Group, is going to be awarded an estimated US$ 1Billion contract to rebuild Iraq in some form or other. Leaving aside the glaring conflict of interest, the bigger and more troubling issue is that the Carlyle group also manages funds for the Bin Laden family.

Is that the Saddam/Bin Laden connection that got the war started in the first place?
