It seems that secret plans are afoot to impose a new regime on Iraq made up of 23 ministries, each headed by an American plus 4 Iraqi advisers. Way to go America! That'll get all your friends back on your side!

Can you imagine American ministers running things in a country where they don't speak the language? I'm not advocating violence here, but I do feel that the 23 ministers will likely be bumped off one by one!
