We Kuwaitis are very fast adaptors to fun technologies, and the SMS craze shows no sign of slowing down. In fact, I think it's no longer a fad but a normal part of our daily lives, for better or worse.
I bet many of you got lots of text messages wishing you a happy and blessed Ramadan. Not that any of you would actually keep a record of how many you received (that would be too anal-retentive - can I say 'anal' before iftar?), but do you have any idea how many you got?
What was the best message you received? Extra points for funny ones!
Off topic: Where the hell is Mad M2000?
:}
Will we get to the day where this is a common conversation
A: Umbeih waay chfty Flana she's an SMS center, msgat'ha etynn
B: Gosh I wish to have her chip for a day, so I can show the world I have all kinds of sms's *siph*
A: You know what? I heard that she has someone sneaking her the fresh new SMS's from MTC !!
That would be sad...
ReplyDeleteA relative of mine received a signed text message yesterday and she forwarded it to her friends and family, without removing the name of the original sender. Hilarity ensued
