Eye Witness Report:
Last night in Bayan, around 9.30 pm at the traffic light on the bridge over the Maghreb Expressway. The sign was clearly marked NO LEFT TURN, and yet this very high ranking female government official casually made a LEFT U-TURN in her white Jaguar, ignoring the traffic rules..... because she can, I suppose.
And a fine example she set for us regular folks too!
Who was she?

i bet her punishment wouldn't be as equal to the rest of us who would do such a thing (IF caught)
