This channel operates its studios at Al-Ta7aluf Al Demoqra6y Headquarters, hence "Nabeeha Ta7aluf." I don't think they started their programs yet, last week they were looking for new ideas from the youth on issues and topics to be discussed on their shows. There will be a daily hour long show dedicated to the youth (qathaya ilshabab). I believe they were preparing for interviews with electoral candidates, influential personalities, and pretty much anyone who has something to talk about regarding social and political issues in Kuwait. That's all I know folks, should be good.
