Coming Soon - Highway Ambulance Centres

Better late than never, I suppose... I read today that 4 highway ambulance and rescue centres are going to be built on Kuwait's major highways. With the alarming highway accident rate, and the way most of us drive, this has been a long time coming.

And not to quibble... you'd think a rich country like Kuwait would be able to easily spend the money required for projects like this, and not rely on the private sector to "bail them out"!

Suddenly those Porsche Cayenne patrol cars are starting to make sense ;-)

  1. been seeing the worst accidents lately! as for the porsche cayennes... i heard about that yesterday... crazy stuff i must say... never heard of something similar anywhere else in the world...

i read somewhere that kuwait is rated as a third world country....... now people.... would a third world country have a satellite dish on every roof, cops driving cayennes, homes that have at least 10 mobile phones (at least one for each family member plus for the servants and drivers), would a third world country have plasma televisions in every house? one ferrari per neighborhood... lol if thats a third world country, i would like to see what a "first" world country is like!
